Air Fried No-Turkey and Stuffing Potato Chips

Today’s recipe is brought to you by my period and also by the fact that I now live in Canada and don’t have access to Trader Joe’s turkey and stuffing potato chips! Today while managing my cramps with an hour long bath, I decided that I really needed potato chips and also couldn’t leave the house to get any because I’m in pain and also because I hate everyone. These chips are so great and delicious, and it feels nice to have something that isn’t fried in a vat of oil, and they smell like Thanksgiving cooking! What an awesome treat!

This is how we made them:

Ingredients:

2 potatoes, thinly sliced with a mandolin

½ tsp celery salt

½ tsp poultry seasoning

¼ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Soak the potato slices in cold water for about 20 minutes. Then drain, and set aside.

Mix together seasoning in a small bow.

You can add a small amount of oil to the potatoes, or leave it out. Add the seasoning to the potatoes and toss making sure the potato slices are all separated and evenly coated.

Spray a little oil in the air fryer try, add the potatoes, and spray with a little oil to top. Cook the potatoes for 30 minutes at 180 degrees F, checking and shaking about every 10 minutes. This will dry out the potatoes and they will start to crisp. Turn the heat up to 380 and cook for another 5-10 minutes checking very frequently so the chips don’t burn!
