Dill Pickle Popcorn

Guys, I’m going to Disneyland this week and could not be more excited! I used to live about 30 minutes away and would seriously go twice a week. I’m a proud Premier Passholder for both Disneyland and WDW, but even since I moved three hours away, I’ve hardly been able to go. One of my favorite Disney snacks is the flavored popcorn in California Adventure that changes daily. The best of the best is their dill popcorn, and don’t even get me started on TJ’s disappointing knock off! Try this out, and I promise you’ll be magically whisked away to Paradise…I mean Pixar Pier! This is how we made it:

Dill Pickle Popcorn

Ingredients:

¼ cup organic popcorn kernels

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp ground coriander

½ tsp dill weed

½ tsp ground mustard

¼ tsp ground garlic

Directions:

Place the popcorn kernels in a microwavable popcorn bowl, or cook on a stove top. Add the coconut oil to the cover of the popcorn bowl, and microwave for 4 minutes, or until most of the kernels have popped.

In the meantime, mix together your salt, nutritional yeast, coriander, dill, mustard, and garlic in a small bowl.

Pour your spice mix on top of your popcorn while it’s still hot, and then play the Moana soundtrack on repeat until you have driven your significant other crazy and he pretends he has work to do in the garage.
