Pear, Mango, and Kale Smoothie


This high-performance green smoothie is exactly what you need to get your day going! So much potassium and magnesium! Iron, fiber, Vitamins A, C, and K, and let’s not forget our old friend zinc. It’s also creamy, sweet, and delicious af. This is how we made it:


Ingredients:


1 pear, chopped

1 cup kale, chopped

2 tbsp peanut butter

¼ cup frozen mango

½ frozen banana

1 cup coconut water

Pinch of cinnamon

2-3 ice cubes (optional)


Directions:


Place all items in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Save the turtles and skip the plastic straw!
