This delicious, easy dip pairs so well with our Air Fried Buffalo Tofu and can also be used to dress your favorite salad! It’s easy to make, vegan, gluten free, and refined sugar free. You can also skip the tofu if you’re avoiding soy or if you’re just here for the flavor and not the texture. This is how we made it:
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp tahini
½ tsp dill
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ block extra firm tofu, crumbled
Place the mayo, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, tahini, and dill in a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a small bowl, and stir in the garlic and tofu crumbles, then serve.
