I love having raw cacao bites around for a quick afternoon snack, a road trip, or to pack in my purse for extra protein while running errands. They’re so easy to make, and I guarantee your family will be fighting over them! Best of all, they’re refined sugar and oil free! This is how we made them:
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped walnuts
½ cup chopped cashews
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
More raw cacao
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor, and blend until well combined, but there should still be a little texture.
Roll the balls in a little additional your favorite topping. Makes about 15 balls.
