Oil-Free Green Goddess Dressing

This dressing is creamy and tangy, you won’t even miss the oil! It’s packed full of herbs, including bloat-reducing parsley, and is a great source of vitamins and minerals. It’s so easy to mix up and serve with your favorite salad, pasta salad, potato salad, or whatever you like! It’s perfect for these warmer days! Best of all, it’s vegan, gluten free, and refined sugar free too! This is how we made it:


1 small avocado

1 cup packed fresh basil

½ cup packed fresh parsley

½ cup packed fresh green onions

1 clove garlic

1 pitted date

1 ¼ cups water

¼ cup lemon juice

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

Pinch of cayenne


Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend until smooth, and serve!
