It’s picnic season, and no picnic or cookout is complete without pasta salad. But how do you make a pasta salad without oil? Using our awesome white-bean based Italian dressing! You’ll get extra protein and fiber without all of that fat! Our pasta salad is plant based, gluten free, and oil free! This is how we made it:
16 oz gluten free pasta
1 recipe Creamy Oil-Free Italian Dressing
1 package cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, chopped
1 15 oz can chickpeas
Any other veggies you like, chopped
Cook your pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Transfer your pasta to a large bowl, and cover with Italian dressing. Stir until it’s all mixed in, and then add the chopped veggies and chickpeas. Refrigerate and serve!
